The Finance Minister’s assurance of the budgetary fillip, if delivered, is expected to put in place a number of vital facilities. They include introduction of primary health care at community clinics, special arrangement in trains and government buses and 10 per cent quota at hostels for working women with disability. Setting up of research centres in divisional headquarters also comprises the facilities on offer.”
