SSPS contributed research inputs to the publication “Accessibility Matters: A Review of Disability Inclusion in the Digital Ecosystem of Bangladesh.” The study examined the accessibility of government digital services, the use and limitations of assistive technologies, progress in implementing relevant policies and legal frameworks, and key recommendations for future policymaking. The draft report was discussed and validated during a multi-stakeholder workshop organized by a2i and UNDP Bangladesh, which brought together government and non-government organizations, social service providers, academia, technology experts, and persons with disabilities. The collective insights from these stakeholders are expected to inform policy decisions and enhance service quality, ensuring that Bangladesh’s digital transformation is inclusive and accessible to all.
