Mohammad Shafiul Alam, Honourable Secretary of the Cabinet Division, attended the workshop as the Chief Guest and Md. Zillar Rahman, Honourable Secretary of the Ministry of Social Welfare, attended as a Special Guest. All District Commissioners, Upazila Nirbahi Officers, Upazila Chairmen and Union Council Chairmen were present in this interactive workshop.
